Crowe Auditors have informed Ngāti Kahungunu Iwi Incorporated that despite their best efforts, the audit of the NKII finances is not yet complete and therefore we cannot publish them within the 20-business day timeline as stipulated in our NKII Constitution.

 

Update 8 November 2024

 

Today Crowe Auditors informed NKII Chairman and Chief Executive that the audit is not yet complete. They have encouraged NKII to include a summary of the financial information drawn from the unaudited consolidated financial statements of NKII in the Annual Report.

Crowe Auditors have assured us however that the full audited general purpose financial report will be made available before the NKII AGM which takes place on Saturday 23 November 2024. 

 

Each tribal member is entitled to obtain a copy of the full financial statements when they are available. Requests can be made to me by email.
